On the afternoon of May 11th, the first meeting of the implementation work for students’ overseas short-term exchange program in 2017 was held in the School of International Education, which was presided over by the Deputy Dean Chen Kai.
At the meeting, Deputy Dean Chen gave guidance and arrangement and put forward requirements for the passport, invitation letter, visa (note), foreign language training, safety education, pre-trip meeting, itinerary, air ticket, fee and other work of the students to go overseas, and issued the signed agreements to the students on behalf of the school.
Seventy-two students of seven projects, including the art tour program of Italy, France and Spain in 2017 summer vacation, visiting study program of higher education students of Malaysia in 2017, visiting study program of Athlone Institute of Technology of Ireland in 2017, Micro overseas study program of the University of Lincoln of UK in 2017 summer vacation, leadership enhancement program of the Cal Poly Pomona of USA in 2017 summer vacation, project of 2017 South Korea▪ Daegu International College Students Festival and “Overseas Study Program of Excellent College Students of Universities in Hubei” of the JHUN in 2017, attended the meeting.
