Exchange Students from Daejin University of South Korea in 2017 Complete the Courses in Our School

    On the afternoon of Jun.8th, the exchange students from Daejin University of South Korea in 2017 completed the courses in our school successfully after the expiration of study. The commencement for completion of courses was held at the No.105 Conference Room of the School of International Education in our university. Chen Kai, Deputy Dean of the School of International Education presided over the commencement and issued the transcripts and certificates of completion to the exchange students from Daejin University of South Korea on behalf of our school.

    At the commencement, the South Korean students submitted their thoughts about the lives in China and some suggestions for the school in Chinese. Liu Minzhu, student of the Daejin University, wrote in “My Overseas Study Exchange Life” that “the campus environment of the JHUN is very good, and the environment of the students' dormitory is also very good, which is both clean and safe, and the management of the office is in place too.” Jin Yanzhou mentioned in “My Life in China” that “I hope the JHUN is run better and better and there will be more students from all over the world.” Chen Kai, Deputy Dean of the School of International Education, said that The JHUN and Daejin University of South Korea were sister schools, and the two schools had further enhanced the understanding of both parties on language culture and promoted the development of friendly exchanges between China and South Korea with the increase in the number of exchange students.

    Our school had set up Chinese comprehensive course, Chinese reading course, Chinese speaking course, Chinese listening course and other courses with a period of one semester for the Korean exchange students this time. Through hard study, the Korean exchange students had mastered the basic language knowledge in the listening, speaking, reading, writing and other aspects of the Chinese, and the Chinese level had been improved.
