According to the requirements of the implementation program of the students’ overseas short-term exchange program of our school this year, a work meeting of the students’ overseas short-term exchange program was held at the No.105 Conference Room of the School of International Education on Jun. 22nd. The main leaders and leading teachers of the Teaching Affairs, Students Care and Supervision, Youth League Committee, Office of Foreign Affairs and School of International Education attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the Deputy Dean of the School of International Education Chen Kai.
At the meeting, Sun Hua, Vice Director of the Teaching Affairs gave a description on the relevant situations of “Overseas Study Program of Excellent College Students in Hubei Universities” of the JHUN in 2017, and Chen Kai, Deputy Dean of the School of International Education, made a notification on the work progress of each group, and raised specific requirements for all the students participating in the “Overseas Short-term Exchange Program”, the first was to complete a learning summary of no less than 1500 words; the second was to make group reports after returning to school, everyone must participate, and each group had a collective reporting time of 10 minutes; the third was that each student must record a one-minute video, and there must be blessings to the school and the new year during the last ten seconds; the fourth was that when getting the corresponding certificates, all students should supply the scanning copies of the translation documents and the originals to their own Schools and the School of International Education, in order to identify the credits of study and practice. Subsequently, the time for each pre-trip meeting of the overseas short-term exchange program was determined, and the preparation of the official souvenirs of the school was discussed.
Through the meeting, learning requirements for the students to go overseas were cleared, so that each of the students’ overseas short-term exchange programs can be carried out and implemented constantly and steadily.
