On the afternoon of Jun.16th, Deputy Director Wang Jun, Captain Zhou Jun and the entourage of the Exit and Entry Administration Department of Wuhan Public Security Bureau, came to our school for investigation. The Deputy Dean of the School of International Education Chen Kai was responsible for the reception work.
During the period of investigation, Deputy Dean Chen Kai made a specific introduction to the situation of going overseas of the enrolled students in our school this year, enrollment situation of 2017 international students, relevant situations of EBC company, situations of the enrolled international students, international student counselor, construction and management of the international students’ apartment, development for the information management system of the international students and other aspects.
Instructor Zhou Jun expressed affirmation on all the work of the School of International Education of our university, made specific requirements for the overseas study of the enrolled students of our school, and proposed pertinent suggestions from the improvement of supporting facilities of the international students of our school, enrichment of the teaching and management staff, optimization of source quality of the international students, regulation of management of the international students and other aspects, and hoped that our school could further strengthen communication and collaboration with the Exit and Entry Administration Department of Wuhan Public Security Bureau in the future.
Through the investigation, our school would further make innovation for the management system of enrolled students’ going overseas and the international students at school, create its own characteristics of international school running, and build a first-class international education platform.
