Onthe morning of January27th, with the approaching of 2017Spring Festival, vice President Li Weidong on behalf of the schoolaccompanied by the heads of School of International Education and School of Foreign Languages visited the international students, and interacted with the students who remained on campus during the winter vacation. And Mr. Li wished them a happy Spring Festival.
In this winter holiday, there were 120 international students retaining in school, they are from more than 10 counties includes Pakistan, Zambia. The vice President Li Weidong and other leaders visited the buildings of old and new students. President Li on behalf the school gave the most cordial and sincere greetings to the students. Meanwhile, theypresented Chinese New Year calendars and Chinese window flowers to the international students and asked about the situation of theirstudy and life. And hope that they would give more efforts and make better achievements in the New Year.
In the harmonious atmosphere, the international students saidwhile in a foreign country and couldn’t return home and reunite with the families, but they enjoy the feelings of spending the New Year holidays at school. And they are very grateful for the warm wishes and sincere greetings brought by the leaders of the school.
In order to ensure the life of international students during the winter holiday, all the departments of the schoolprovided a convenient life for the students. The school arranged teachers on duty to check the international students' dormitoryoccasionally for excluding the security problem in time and ensuring the international students had a safe, fulfilling and happy holiday.
