On Jan.18th, 2017, General Manager Cheng Liyi of Zhongyan Xinda (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., was invited by the School of International Education to come to the School of International Education to give a full-day system training on management service platform of the international students. All the leaders and staff of the School of International Education, and the Director of the Research Office He Fang participated in the training.
General Manager Cheng Liyi pointed out in the training that the management informatization strategy of the international students was the supplement and extension for the development strategy of the school. We should promote the management reform, flow process and reorganization with the informatization, and promote the strategy of “Reform, Innovation, Adjustment, Development”; we must adhere to the informatization strategy, unify the standard specifications of the informatization, speed up the pace of construction, integrate the application system, and share the information resources together. The work of international students was mainly operated around management and service. Subsequently, General Manager Cheng made a specific explanation on the new arrivals welcome, school work, insurance, certificates, accommodation,educational administration, finance, scholarships, certificate number, data processing and other aspects, and made a systematic introduction for the informatization management modes on emergency treatment, scholarship management, school precaution and other aspects. The participants listened to the training contents all the time, thought positively, and put forward problems and recommendations on the utility of actual operation and usage of system at work.
Through the training, everyone had mastered the operation and background management methods of the management service platform of the international students. The platform could integrate the existing management processes and resources of the international students, share information, improve the management quality and service efficiency of the international students, to enable the daily management work of the School and the usage of the platform to be integrated substantially.
