On the morning of September 5th, the opening ceremony of the 2016 Summer University met at the conference room 216, administrative building, president Li Qiang, guest professors, Ph.D Johann Gunther, Secretary-general the International Association for Electronic Science, and other staff attended the ceremony and delivered speeches, meanwhile, heads of each department and school of our university, experts from the International Association for Electronic Science and members and volunteers of the Summer University also attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was presided by Li Weidong, vice president of our university.
The 2nd 2016 Summer University of JHUN is sponsored by JHUN and together with the International Association for Electronic Science, presented by School of International Education and School of Business. We have received more than 200 applications from the members of a dozen countries, and chose 50 members among them to study in our university.
This Summer University lasts for two weeks, and the main offer courses including Basic English, Business English, China Economics, News, Cloud Computing, Hot Spot of China Finance, Operational Efficiency in Aviation Industry, Big Data and Quantitative Analysis. The members would discuss and study based on five themes, including News and Business English, Big Data and Quantitative Analysis, Cloud Computing and Mobile Computing, Operational Efficiency in Aviation Industry and Project Management.
2016 Summer University of JHUN provides a learning and communication platform for the teachers and students at home and abroad, and integrates different countries, language and culture background teachers and students from all over the world gathering here, to learn together, share experience, communicate with each other and explore constantly.
