Dear international students:
一、2020年4月8日零时起，武汉市解除离汉离鄂通道管控措施，有序恢复对外交通。
From 0:00 on April 8th, 2020, Wuhan lifted travel restrictions from Wuhan and Hubei, and resumed external traffic in an orderly manner.
二、根据4月2日《武汉市新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部关于建立疫情防控长效机制持续做好小区封控管理工作的通知》和4月7日《湖北省新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情防控指挥部通告》要求：在稳妥有序解除离汉通道管控的同时，保持对疫情的警惕性不降低、防控要求不降低，以重点人群防控为重点，内防反弹、外防输入。新增病例零增长不等于疫情零风险，交通管控解除不等于防控措施解除，打开城门不等于打开家门。
According to the requirements of the Announcement of Wuhan’s Headquarters for the Prevention and Control of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Establishing a Long-term Mechanism for Epidemic Prevention and Control and Continue Community’s Closed Management on April 2nd and the Announcement of Hubei’s Headquarters for the Prevention and Control of the COVID-19 Pandemic on April 7th, while the travel restrictions are lifted in an orderly manner, the vigilance of the epidemic is not decreased, the requirements for prevention and control are not reduced, focus on the prevention and control of key populations, internal anti-rebound and external anti-input, zero increase in new cases does not mean zero risk, lifted travel restrictions does not mean the release of prevention and control measures, and the opening of city gates does not mean the opening of communities.
三、请同学们继续做好个人防护，保持居住环境卫生，做到“测体温、勤洗手、戴口罩、多通风”，“不瞒报，不聚集，不信谣，不传谣”。每天对自身健康情况进行检测，并做好相应记录。
Students should continue with personal protection and maintain a hygienic living environment, so as to ‘measure body temperature, wash hands frequently, wear masks, and provide more ventilation’, and ‘do not hide reports, do not gather, do not believe rumors and never spread them.’ Check your physical conditions every day and make corresponding records.
四、为进一步做好疫情防控期间在校国际学生服务管理，保障身心健康和正常生活，结合当前防疫形势和学校防控实际，按照“内防感染、外防输入”的总要求，将继续开展在校国际学生“分批次、分时段”在指定区域内有序进行非聚集性户外活动，并考虑提高活动频次，延长活动时间，增加非接触运动。
In order to further improve the service and management for international students on campus during epidemic prevention and control, to ensure physical and mental health and normal life, combining the current epidemic prevention situation and the actual situation of university’s prevention and control, in accordance with the general requirements of ‘preventing internal infection and external input’, we will continue carrying out non-aggregate outdoor activities in the designated area ‘in batches and different time periods’, and consider increasing the frequency of activities, extending activity time, and adding non-contact sports.
五、武汉虽然“解封”了，但疫情还没有结束，请理解，共坚守，一起期待完全胜利的那一天。
Although Wuhan has been ‘unblocked’, the epidemic is not yet over, please understand and we will stick together to look forward to the day of complete victory.
