各位国际学生：
Dear international students,
中国境内新冠肺炎疫情防控还未结束，仍处在关键阶段，同时，疫情在全球很多国家爆发。为此，根据中国教育部、地方政府和学校的规定，我们将有关事项再次明确通知如下：
The prevention and control of the COVID-19 in China has not yet ended and is still at a critical stage. At the same time, the epidemic has broken out in many countries around the world. For this reason, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education of China, local governments and Jianghan University (JHUN), we hereby notify the following issues again as follows:
1. 已经离开学校、离开中国的国际学生，在没有接到学校通知前，一律不提前返校、不提前来华。国际学生因违反规定、未经学校同意擅自返校或者返回中国，将根据各级政府以及学校的相关规定严肃处理，并承担后果。
All international students who are currently out of JHUN or China shall not return to the university or to China until further notice. International students who return to JHUN or to China without the consent of the university will be seriously dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the government at all levels as well as the university, and bear the consequences.
2. 请所有国际学生采取一切必要的措施加强个人防护，尽量避免流动。
Please take all necessary measures to protect yourselves and avoid all nonessential travel.
3. 目前在中国境外的国际学生，尽量避免国际流动。如计划离开目前居住地前往其他国家，请提前1周告知辅导员。
All international students who are currently outside China should try to avoid international travel. If you plan to leave your current place of residence for other countries/regions, please inform your student counselor 1 week in advance.
各位国际学生，今天的严格管控是为了明天的世界更美好。在此，我们对每一位国际学生的理解、支持和配合，表示衷心的感谢。
