近日，武汉市新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情十分严峻。为切断传染途径，武汉市做出暂时停止公共交通，关闭对外交通通道的决定，同时要求，无特殊原因，市民不要离开武汉。这是为了控制疫情蔓延的必要之举。与此同时，江汉大学及国际教育学院也采取了一系列的措施来确保大家的安全，现告知如下：
Hello everyone，
Recently, pneumonia caused by the new coronavirus in Wuhan is very serious. In order to cut off the route of infection, Wuhan city made the decision to temporarily stop public transport and close the external transport channel, and requested that the citizens should not leave Wuhan without special reasons. This is necessary to control the spread of the epidemic. At the same time, Jianghan University and SIE have taken a series of measures to ensure everyone's safety. We hereby inform you as follows:
一、当前学校及国际教育学院已经采取的措施
1. Current measures taken by Jianghan University and SIE
（一）放假期间学校大门开放调整为：所有车辆只能从二号门进出校园；人员可以从二号门、五号门进出校园；一号门、六号门关闭。外来车辆、人员进入校园必须登记审核，师生员工凭证件进入校园，所有进入校园人员必须戴口罩。
(1) The opening of the School Gate during the holiday period is adjusted as follows: All vehicles can only enter and leave the campus from Gate 2. Personnel can enter and leave the campus from Gates 2 and 5. Gates 1 and 6 are close. Non-school vehicles and personnel must be registered when entering the campus. Teachers, students and employees must show your credentials to enter the campus. All personnel must wear masks.
（二）教务处经研究，决定从即日起，停止寒假自习室开放，请各位留校同学在各自寝室内学习自习。再行开放时间，另行通知！
(2) The Academic Affairs Office has decided to stop the opening of the Winter Study Room from now on. Please stay at school and study in your own room. The re-open time of the Winter Study Room will be announced next time!
（三）校医院24小时开放，平诊时间：周一至周五8:20-16:30，急诊时间：16:30至次日8:20及周六、周日、法定节假日，急诊电话：84230722。
(3) The school hospital is open for 24 hours. Conventional consultation time: from Monday to Friday at 8: 20AM-16: 30PM. Emergency time: the other time except the conventional consultation time. Emergency Tel.: 84230722.
（四）学校学生一食堂继续负责寒假留校师生伙食保障。值班人员：一食堂办公室84230486，程老师13098899552（1月18-22日，2月4-8日），周老师13659860202 （1月30日-2月3日，2月9-14日），陈老师13554014938（1月23-29日）。建议大家校内就餐,为避免交叉感染，餐厅也会每天对公共区域和厨房进行消毒。

We suggest you go to our campus canteen to have meals. In order to effectively prevent cross-infection of the virus, the duty canteen mainly supplies students and staff on duty. The food center disinfects the canteen and kitchen by disinfectant every morning, noon and night.
（五）一卡通充值，地点：一食堂，时间：1月23日、1月30日、2月6日和2月13日，当日值班时间为11:00-13:00。照明、空调电费都采用线上充值，同学们安排好自己房间的电量余额。
(5) Card recharge. Location: 1st canteen, Time: 23th Jan, 30th Jan, 6th Feb and 13th Feb at 11: 00AM-13: 00PM. Lighting and air-conditioning electricity charges can be paid online. Students need to take care of the electricity charges in your rooms.
（六）每日对国际学生公寓所有公共区域进行了消毒。
(6) Cleaning staff disinfect all public areas of the dormitory for international students daily.
（七）已为国际学生准备了足量的口罩，由校医院提供，面向没有购买到口罩的学生免费发放。
(7) Enough masks have been prepared for international students, provided by the school hospital, and distributed free of charge to students who have not purchased a mask.
（八）集中统计报告了所有在校国际学生的去向和联系方式，确保通讯畅通。
(8) Centralized statistics report the contact information of all students in school to ensure smooth contact.
（九）国际教育学院全体教职员工保证手机24小时开机，保证学生可以联系到老师。
(9) The on duty teachers of the SIE keep their mobile phones open for 24 hours to ensure that students can contact the teachers anytime.
（十）微信公众号及时更新了新型肺炎基本知识及预防措施。
(10) The SIE public WeChat will keep students updated regarding basic knowledge and preventive measures of new pneumonia in time.
二、国际教育学院即将采取的措施
2. Measures to be taken by the SIE
（一）继续每天安排清洁人员在国际学生公寓内公共区域进行全方位消毒。
(1) The cleaning staff disinfect all public areas of the dormitory for international students daily.
（二）在国际学生公寓公共厨房等区域放置消毒液、洗手液供国际学生使用。
(2) Place disinfectant and hand sanitizer in areas such as the public kitchen of the apartment for international students.
（三）继续每天为国际学生准备充足的口罩，由校医院提供，面向没有购买到口罩的学生免费发放。
(3) Enough masks have been prepared for international students, provided by the school hospital, and distributed free of charge to students who have not purchased a mask.
（四）国际学生公寓老师坚持每天为留校国际学生测量体温，稳定学生情绪。
(4) Teachers insist on measuring the temperature of the international students daily to stabilize the students' emotions.
（五）告知国际学生该事件的严重性，引导学生提高防范意识；做到勤洗手、常通风、出门佩戴口罩，尽量在校内学习，避免去人口密集的地方。
(5) Notify international students of the seriousness of the incident, and guide students to increase their awareness of prevention. Students should wash their hands frequently, ventilate frequently, and wear masks when going out. Our students should also study at school and do not go to densely populated places.
（六）每日在学生群分享新闻，告知国际学生最新准确消息。
(6) Keep the public WeChat number updated daily to ensure that students can receive the latest news.
（七）给国际学生发放防范知识宣传手册。
(7) Provide the Logbook of the preventive knowledge to international students.
在此，国际教育学院也号召全体同学做到以下几点：

（一）尽量减少外出聚会，必须外出时做好个人防护。
1. Try to minimize going out for parties, and do a good job of personal protection when going out.
（二）身体不适时，第一时间到学校医院就医。
2. When feeling sick please go first to the school hospital.
（三）保持规律的饮食作息，提高身体免疫力。
3. Keep a regular diet to improve immune system
（四）缓解焦虑和恐惧情绪，相信科学，理性思考，相信中国政府能力。
4. No need for anxiety and fear, believe in science, keep rational thinking and trust the ability of the Chinese government.
（五）学会判断和筛选信息，不相信和传播小道消息。
5. Learn to judge partially new information, do not believe and spread gossip.
