亲爱的同学们：
Dear international students,
近段时间来，中国部分地区发生了新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，学校和学院很关心同学们的健康和安全，请假期在校外居住的留学生们时刻关注自己的身体状态，合理安排学习生活，出现任何问题及时上报，做好以下几点：
Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, all parties concerned are actively taking effective measures and actions to strictly control the spread of the virus. Your safety and health are the highest priority of School of International EDUCATION(SIE) and Jianghan University(JHUN). For students staying off-campus, please pay close attention to your physical condition, arrange your self-study and life properly and do the following points:
一、确保所有提供给学院和辅导员的信息都是准确的，包括个人住宿信息和异常动向，是否有发热、咳嗽等症状等。若有学生信息瞒报和误报，造成严重影响的，将按照中国法律法规和院纪校规严肃处理！
Please make sure that all the information you provided to SIE and your student counselor is accurate, including your off-campus accommodation information, with/without a fever, cough or other symptoms and etc.. Those who report the false information and resulting serious impact will be punished seriously according to the Chinese Law and regulations of SIE and JHUN!
二、所有学生一律不允许提前返校，具体开学时间等待学校通知。不听劝阻私自提前返校，学校将不允许进入，造成病毒扩散的，将按照中国法律法规严肃处理！
No student is allowed to return to JHUN in advance. Please wait for the Notice on the start of the 2019-2020 Academic Year Spring Semester. Those who insist on returning to SIE will be prohibited from the University entrance, and those who insist on returning and result in the transmission of virus will be punished seriously according to the Chinese Law!
三、请做好自我防护，不要随意外出！除了回自己国家，请不要前往商场、机场、火车站、码头等人群聚集，易感染的地方。
Please protect yourself and do not go outside! Please do not go to shopping malls, airports, railway stations, ferry terminals and other similar crowded places except that you are going back to your home country, as these places are susceptible to the virus.
四、在武汉市内或国内其他省市停留的学生，请及时向当地出入境、派出所、学校、社区等单位报备，并与辅导员随时保持联系。
Students staying in Wuhan or other places in China, please report to the local entry and exit administration bureau, police station, university and community in time, and keep in touch with your student counselor.
五、疫情防控期间，同学们有任何困难，请及时联系辅导员！
During the epidemic prevention and control period, if you have any trouble, never hesitate to ask your student counselor for help!
