With the approaching summer vacation, in order to improve international students’ safety awareness and prevention ability, the School of International Education has held Meeting for the Safety of International Student in Summer Holiday in batches. The briefing on July 5th targeted at all international students enrolled in 2016, and was chaired by Huang Pan, the Counselor for international students enrolled in 2016.
At the meeting, Huang Pan emphasized that everyone should take the study of safety knowledge seriously, firmly establish safety awareness, improve prevention skills, and prevent various types of safety accidents such as gas poisoning, accidental drowning, and trampling so as to ensure their personal and property safety. At the same time, she also warned everyone to consciously abide by traffic regulations, lock the doors and windows of the dormitory when going out, take care of their valuables, pay attention to electrical safety, avoid indulging in the Internet and video games, inform the counselors, roommates, classmates and parents the personal location and contact information and ensure the availability of their communication tools.
Finally, she wished everyone a safe, enjoyable and meaningful summer vacation.
